appraisal放一天，可是lender appraiser迟迟不给我们答复啊，眼看就要超过
inspection 的dead line了。
一般约lender appraiser要多久啊?怎么样才能把appraser早点约出来？ |

房子不livable的话（比如没有做饭的炉子）是不能贷款的， 有墙皮脱落神马的也不行

我当时是找的broker弄的贷款， 这种事情都是他去联系安排的
你为啥一定要安排在一天呢？ 先把inspection做了呗。

水龙头什么的， 感觉不用dewinterization呀。。。

发帖数: 1879 | 15 1. You don't need to put inspection date and appraisal date in the same day.
2. Usually people get inspection done first. If you have some major concerns
, you even dont need to bother to do the apprisal.
3. Once you get the TIL form, you should be able to order appraisal.
Appraiser should contact you with in 24-48 hours. If this is new purchase,
they will contact the agent to open the door and get inside to check.
Appraiser must get into the property.
4. If you can not get the inspection done or appraisal done by the time of
contingency time due to tight schedule from inspection company, you can show
them the proof of future inspection date and get more extension, AND do not
sign the Remove Contingency form.

He wants to see the general condition and will take photos of each room,
including dining, kitchen, and bathrooms. Of course he will also take
photos of front and back of the house, and measure the area. It is an easy
job for the money (around 400 dollars in my area).
