work with lender directly.
For the small loan amount, ie, lower than 200K, you shoud work with direct
lender. they earn the money by the clients but broker earn the money by
commssion which is based on the loan amount.
For the regular case, you should work with brokers who can provide
competitave rate and work with you efficiently.
