fix with $3500 closing cost.

free self-run report, from 688 to 788, weird. anyway, i closed 3 credit
cards with over 20,000 limit, which might also cause the problem. i've
thought closing unused cards can be of help.....

前是卡数太多不好，新的是总信用额越多越好。

if you are in SF bay or santa clara county, 4.625% 30yrx
fix with $3500 closing cost, or 15 years fixed 4.125% with $2000 Closing

其他什么score.要看score,只能到myFICO.com交钱看。连三大credit reporting
agency 网站给的score都是不可信的！

我们也是在贷款前close了3张citi卡也要 2万多credit line了

fee, title fee, appraisal fee, etc...
