我有 5 days radon gas removal contingency, 所以我应该做radon gas testing 在
买房子之前或之后. I heard that it takes a couple days in order to get
results, and I am not sure if the seller would let me do that testing (since
they are still living inside). Should I extend 5 days contingency.Any
