settlement agent, 请问如果2，3 周后贷款批不下来，除了查信用的费用，
appraisal 的费用，lender 那里我还会
损失哪些钱？
另外，为了避免多损失，我是不是应该告诉 settllement agent 先不要order 任何
settle 的东西，比如说 title insurance 啥的，等贷款批下来再开始？如果贷款批不
下来，我会欠他们什么费用？
其他方面，除了inspection的费用，好像没有别的损失了吧？

一般来说，你没有过户，title公司不能收你的钱。你都没买房就不会付title insur。
title公司只是准备材料，不过户就不应该收你的钱。

那也就是说settlement agent那里不会损失任何钱？那么mortgage lender那里呢？

我们的律师order了title search了，但是不成交不用交钱的。 |

similar.
You will loose:
credit score checking fee ( if your agent pulled by your credit card)
home inspection fee
appraisal fee
Other fee will not be charged till you close. If you can not get your loan
approved or you walk away from purchase, escrow/title will not charge
anything in CA.

他们会不会收服务费？

发帖数: 1879 | 10 At least our title will not charge for this case even they put lots of
efforts.
Actually for title company, they would not do much till the loan is about to
close. Theare are some fees and docs need to be prepared by them when it
is about to close.
Just like agent/broker/processors have done alot paper works and service,
but if it is failed, we will not charge anything.

underwite 您的条件, title公司的work真的不算什么. 您就不用惦记它家了.
