了property tax少交。会影响将来卖房吧，如果assessed value在卖房前不涨回来，
redfin是disclosure前一年assessed value的。另外，是不是可以要求降INSURANCE呀? |

Good for you. The resale value will largely be determined by the market and
the status of the property, the assessed value matters the least.

property tax能降的，税率忽溜溜就涨上去了，

发帖数: 5237 | 4 我就见过降的，我认识两个人都说税降了，有一个还降了不少。另一个
说county给重新assess价值降了好几万，结果过了半年后她的房子是比
以前多了好几万卖出去的。我们这里county不知道怎么估价的，好像跟
市场价关系不大

发帖数: 87 | 5 didn't get your point, property tax rate should remain the same, isn't it? I
called County, they said the new lower property tax should be reflected in
the next bill. we will wait and see.
I am just not sure about whether there will any negative impact on us.
