不过俺最近的一个房子估价比买价多了 11 万2 千。

但是就是为了估个跟卖家一样的价格

more accurately, "robber" the homeowners) easy money, it is usually $300-400
and the appraisor probably spend less than an hour, that is >$200/hr (or >$
200K annually), higher than most doctor's rate. The homeowners spend $300-
400 and get a 10- 20-page report, which is useless. Some loan agents "pay"
the appraisal fee, but at the end, it is the homeowner's expense, either
directly or indirectly because the agent has to increase interest rate a
little to cover the fees.
In this game, the appraisor (collect money) and bank/lender (force
homeowners to do appraisal, like use a gun to preform robbery) are robbers
and homeowners are the victim. |
