发帖数: 3244 | 6 ask your loan officer to do an extension of rate lock. in case that your
lender will not allow you to do so, ask for the cost to re-lock. you will
save some money by delay closing from property tax, insurance cost and HOA
due.

得手续齐全的好。
环保的文件。。。尚未遇到过，smoker certificate据说一周就只有一天township会安
排检查，一旦fail了，就得多等一周。 |
