有一部分需要改，因为也和weep screed离了太近了。
seller找了个contract，拿了个报价，请帮忙看看是不是太便宜了？ 这种修法可行吗
？ 如果不修，他们也只给2600credit
Here is the different options we talked about. I think that option #1 is the
best as trying to install the gutter in that stone area will not be easy to
make look good as it is not very level.
Replace 60 feet of weep screed $1600.00
Option #1 Remove one area of concrete ,replace with crushed rock and install
drainage .Cut concrete to install gutter to the right side of outside door
$1200.00
Option #2 Cut concrete entire length of rear concrete area and install
gutter next to house.$2100.00 | m********c
