有一部分需要改，因为也和weep screed离了太近了。
seller找了个contract，拿了个报价，请帮忙看看是不是太便宜了？ 这种修法可行吗
？ 如果不修，他们也只给2600credit

你这个情况还好，因为墙外有cover，下雨墙不会湿。其次，你只是铺的砖，不至于把
weep screed封上。所以我觉得随他去吧 |

screed都盖住了，咋办...? patio倒是没有negative grade，下雨墙根也不湿，仅仅靠
grade排水行么
