上没做homework, 就答应了，没有加上任何post-possession agreement.
现在正在inspection和贷款，觉得让seller在closing和final walk through之后再呆2
天很不明智。如果他们搬家弄坏东西怎么办？如果他们有特殊原因不能按时搬走怎么办
？ 这些天所有的损坏原则上是我们要负责的。
这个地区是采取title company/escrow的模式，似乎律师不是很普遍？我们应该怎么办？
如果补办post-possession agreement的话，是我们买家撰写还是agent提供？ |

liability waiver. We dont worry about the 搬家弄坏东西 too much. Most ppl
are reasonable and there's no incentive for them to do that. Luckily nothing
happened.
