因为带你看房子就暗示做你的agent了,这个情况你最好跟b说清楚

所以说绝对不要让你的buyer agent带你看房子，buyer agent唯一的用处是拿rebate的
。你看到合适的房子，自己去找listing agent，不要签任何东西，如果非要签，一定
要强调listing agent是“facilitator"，而不是buyer agent或者dual agent。
