State recordation tax.
State transfer tax.
County transfer tax.
以上的是必付的。根据你房子的情况从3000刀到2万刀不等。

发帖数: 3328 | 3 Normally seller only pay the premium for your home owner's title insurance.
If you don't have mortgage, except government fees (i.e. transfer tax), you
only need to pay escrow related charges (you split with the seller, or you
pay your part).
