it. as usual I wanted to cut off the power in the master bedroom first, so
there won't be electricity when I work on it.
the central power controller is in the garage, I tried every switch, but
none of them can cut off the power in the master bedroom. there is on
switch has a tag on as "Master" which doesn't work either.
My question is, is the power in master bedroom possibly controlled by
another device?

try switching off your master power switch on the top of your breaker panel.
if that turns off the power in your master bedroom, you just need to go
through those breakers again. Push all the way towards "off" when you turn
off a breaker.
