我也挺担心发霉的问题。自己第一次买房没有经验，对于这种房子估计还是不太可能

好的. 见过一个06年65万买的房子, 银行屋, 有water damage, 最后只卖了38万.

发帖数: 1500 | 7 是的，看大家的建议也不太想买了。就是价钱着实便宜，比市场价便宜了15万左右。
不过我觉得我这样怕麻烦的估计handle不了它 。

loan until it get fixed (which needs time and capital)
