§ Eligible Borrower (REVISED 11/28/11) - Provide the following documents
for the borrower (Non-Permanent
Resident) EXPIRING WITHIN 1 YEAR ON 1/05/2012:
§ 1) Unexpired Employment Authorization Document (EAD) issued by the United
States Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS).
§ 2) letter from employer/sponsor and an I-94 proving work authorization
EXTENTION/RENEWAL.
§ 3) Fully executed documentation from the USCIS of the likelihood of
renewal of the borrowers H1B visa status.
I emailed the underwriter to verify that the work authorization docs were
necessary and she responded by saying:
We need additional documentation from the USCIS verifying renewal /
extension of the work authorization since it (H1B visa) is expiring in
January. The documents provided are not sufficient to show this. The
borrower will have to contact the employer and/or USCIS to get the documents
necessary to verify this.

你有什么相关文件吗？ 还是这个是约定俗成的事情。

Loan officer或者是broker可以帮客人去跟underwriter理论的。 |

argue on behalf of you, or ask your loan agent to switch to another lender.

officer confirm一下这个expiring within 1 year on 1/05/2012是怎么来的。
