s**y 发帖数: 118	2 no point no fee是agent说的，会不会cover这些费用都是可以商量的。要看具体情况
D******D 发帖数: 180	3 我的经验是，除了owner's title insurance，其他都是不用你付钱的。而这个owner's title insurance你可以选择买或者不买，有些州seller出钱，事先说好，有些州 buyer出钱。
