"final walk thru" is to ensure property is in substantially the same
condition as when purchase/sales agreement was signed. also to make sure
all repairs/fixes (resulted from your prior inspections) were done per your
request. if property is occupied, make sure there's "obvious" sign that
occupant will move out per deadline set forth in contract.
