没有Pre-payment的话很好估计出来。

days. He may owe a lot less or more than the original loan balance.

发帖数: 4192 | 5 这个贷款信息的确不是public的。但是就像他说的，他可以去问对方agent，对方agent
即使不知道，也可以问owner，owner绝大多数时候会说。你去问，owner绝对不会告诉
一个陌生人。
因为owner必须trust他的agent，他的agent一般会trust另外一个agent,而你的agent为
你服务，当然trust你。agent的作用就是为了给两个陌生人（owner and buyer)之间牵
线。

agent帮你做交易，给他500刀就能把他乐得屁颠屁颠的了。

第一，找agent是为了帮你找到更合适的房子，rebate是icing on the cake.
第二，房主欠多少钱跟你没啥关系。
说实话，这论坛上蠢人越来越多，要想长知识，你还是找本书或者更专业的轮坛去看。

发帖数: 3244 | 8 the agent is right about finding out 卖主还欠多少贷款 which is the current
balance for the loan (title company can), but you do can find out info about
how many liens(loans), lien holder (lenders) info, when started and how
much. unless the money was borrowed from a person, all notes for liens are
public records. you have to know how to find out. a real good agent should
know that. On the other hand, unless this is a short sale or very close to a
short sale, those info doesn't really help you much.
