今天给seller agent发email给了一个offer，那个agent回了电话，还发来两个forms
一个是Disclosure Form for Buyer and Seller，标明this is not a contract,还可
以理解
另一个是Sales Agreement,里面写了This is a legally enforceable contract.还有
我给的offer价格，里面包括$10,000 Good Faith Deposit，还有就是20% down什么的
。我刚出一个价，还没讨价还价呢，这样的东西是不是太早了呢？
请有经验的同学给参谋一下，包子谢！ | a****e

发帖数: 3244 | 3 the disclosure form is not a part of the contract, but the seller has to
give to all buyers. as for the sales agreement, that is part of the seller's
counter and they are trying to put this one into the contract. you need ask
your agent to take a look and then tell you whether you should agree or not.
