the market is not good. Plus we also don't have enough time to get the
house ready for sell. Is it a good idea to rent out the house for a few
years?
the house is 3500+ sqft so it's a house for family with kids. we are
worried that there won't be many people interested as those families would
probably prefer buying rather than renting.

发帖数: 1144 | 3 thanks. we live in the midwest, not too much of a rental market but before
we purchased our house, we looked for renting and wasn't able to fine one.
so if there are people like that, we may have a chance to rent it out.
