如下
“ since your VISA expires within 3 years of closing, need a letter from
your employer on their letterhead that states that they will continue to
sponsor you after the VISA expires so you may renew same.”
但是公司不愿意承诺这种发生在未来的事。
我想问问大家，在H1B身份的时候申请贷款需要这么麻烦吗？

发帖数: 382 | 3 If your H1B visa is expired within 6 months, you will need a letter or proof
that you have filed extension.
Some underwriters may give the I-797 holders without a true H1-B Visa
problems. When I worked in Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a mortgage
consultant, sometimes, I had to "fight" to get the loans approved. I didn't
have problem for loans underwritten in NJ.
Maybe there is not too many immigrants in your state.
Change a lender, you should not have problem. |

90天以上即可。

期了，在哪里申请都可能会遇到问题。 |

我在纽约
可能是我找的那个broker没怎么处理过外国人的贷款。
但我今天打电话去wells fargo直接问，那个接电话的也不知道我这种情况下具体需要
什么。。

的奥菲都是一年一签，不可能我可以3年，所以我就给他们回信说了老板的话，后来他
们就没说什么了 |

brokers your loan to Wells Fargo, your agent has to be very strong if the
underwriter asks for the letter. I was one of the top producers in Wells
Fargo and could get help from upper managers but it was still a nightmare to
get the first few H1B (I-797A) deals close.
