ADDENDUM / AMENDMENT TO PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
Option A: For Buyers who do not require a closing cost credit.
Processor, on behalf of Buyer and Seller, shall
request that the lien holder provide the Buyer with a credit towards closing
costs. In the amount of the credit granted
and utilized by Buyer, Buyer shall pay a fee to the Processor. This results
in no out-of-pocket expense to the buyer.
Option B: For Buyers who are requiring a closing cost credit. Buyer
agrees to pay a processing fee in the amount
of 1% of the purchase price, with a minimum fee of $1,995.
Processing fee due at closing, only upon a successful closing. Please make
