it to whatever keeping the pipes from bursting instantlyi.
The furnace is probably fine, but won't hurt to have it serviced. Did you
have it serviced annually?
Also need to check your insulation all over. If you need more, better hurry,
as the 30% tax credits expire at the end of 2010. |
