equipment. Testing has shown that as many as 65% of the breakers malfunction
,creating a fire hazard as they fail to trip in response to an overload.

1) Heating System: The gas furnace flexible connection from the hard
gas piping extends into the furnace cabinet. This is contrary to
standard installation practice based upon safety considerations. I
recommend correction by a qualified, licensed HVAC

GFCI device should be installed by a qualified electrician to
