有两个地方不大明白。
第一个是“are you aware of any of the following recorded against the
property？”seller 钩着 unpaid property taxer
想问下，这个房子以后我们买下来，seller如果欠着一些钱，比如unpaid property
tax, unpaid rental tax, HOA...这些会跟我们扯上关系么？
还有一条是“How often is the property serviced or treated for pests,
reptiles, , insects or animals? " Seller 填的是， Name of service provider:
unknown service provider. date of last service: 9-15-2010
这个又是什么意思呢？

IRS Guidelines are Strict
If the real estate taxes for the real property tax year have not been
paid on the date that the sale of the home is closed and if the
contract doesn't specify for prorating at closing, the buyer will have
to pay the real estate taxes in full. |

this cost to the seller/bank through price negotiation. |

发帖数: 8042 | 6 其实你的agent也没有错，因为跟你们的确没有神马关系，因为如果seller没有把欠款
交清的话，
title就不会clear，title公司没有办法转title，你们也买不到这个房子。你这个是
short sale
的话，这些欠款银行会背下的。不用担心，在你买房子前，lender和title公司双方都
会把关，一
方过不了，你们都不可能成交。何况有的州还有律师。

别说税款，就是原房主欠下的水电气费也和你们没有任何关系。到时候title公司会负
责title research，所有的欠款都会查到。 |
