发帖数: 2712 | 5 一般，一开始拿个quote就可以，不过要符合银行对dwelling coverage的要求。在NJ这
边都必须要在closing前pay 1年的保费，需要paid receipt上show paid in full。不
过，LZ可以把生效日期定在closing当天，这样，如果贷款没拿下了，可以把保险
cancel掉，保险公司会全额退款的。 |
