发帖数: 2687 | 3 谢谢。再问一下，这个foreclouse的房子，后面搭出来1000尺子，因为搭出来的部分没
地下室所以能看到地基里面（后面地基破了俩大洞），能看到里面塞了大量垃圾，室内
没空调出口，有license的contractor会这么干吗？ 我们怀疑是没有license的人建的
房子，又一时半晌inspect不了，所以很犹豫要不要再等 |

发帖数: 1233 | 5 加州一般没有 basement，这个我不清楚。可以问 seller，必须 disclose
我们这里还可以去 city 查有关加建上的 permit issue.
