发帖数: 1233 | 2 the report looks clean but inspection usually doesn't go very deep. mostly
by visual and performance of a few simple tests.
on the other hand, if there's any "material" defect or deficiency, seller
supposed to disclose. compare the report to seller's disclosure documents
to get more clue. another thing is to look for water damage (mold--this is
another big issue w/ insurance co), may not be obvious again... :)
