mention anything beforehand, but he sent us an email one month later and
says the agreement should be signed before the offer. There are one point
that is confusing.
Buyer will receive a total credit equivalent of 1/4 of its selling
commission towards buyer's closing cost under the condition that buyer
agrees to use SunXX
Mortgage and Sagxx Title Group.
However, he mentioned the one third commission fee (he did not mention of
the total or the selling/buing commission) when we started to ask him to
look for houses. Is this commission fee lower than one third commission?
What is selling commission? Is it 3%? Also what if we do not use Sunxx or
SagXX? Does that mean we cannot have commission fee in this condition?
Anyone has ever met with this condition? | b*d 发帖数: 9308 | 2 听着不太靠普,要求你去指定的Lender贷款.宰你们一把怎么办?

us is lower than others. The condition is that we have asked him to look
around for house for about one year although he always asked some other one
to accopany us. He said it is his partner, but I do not feel comfortable
that he pushed us to others. |
