different scenarios and different transactions (REO, Short Sale, Regular
Sale) will vary too. If they need Wells Fargo, BOA does not help. And if you
apply from both banks, it is very likely you will get different amounts.

发帖数: 2712 | 4 Why BOA？就是要终端investor出，还是有很多选择的呀。如果单纯是broker可能是相对薄弱些，因为broker并不掏钱funding，所以说了也不算。如果是corespondent lender就应该没问题了，因为他们会先拿钱funding loan，之后再跟终端investor交易。 |
