broker挣不到钱，所以不做。
如果是买，找银行直接贷款。如果是re-fi，就不要费劲了，一般不给做的，除非要
cash-out.

发帖数: 2712 | 7 并不觉得难申请，只不过因为利润达不到我们老板的最低要求，我们基本上是不接这么
小的loan的。一般我会建议客人直接去银行做，比如直接找Wells Fargo，或者是其他
lender。rate上会有adjustment，一般15万以下的loan rate上都会稍微差些，应该跟
lender最终的盈利相关。 |
