In my previous post, I asked if I could make an offer with another agent
while i am under contract with my current agent. I am not satisfy with my
agent since she has no motivation and can not meet my expectations, but we
are SERIOUS buyer!
As my wife mentioned b4, we got to the point of making serveral offers( none
of them got replied), sign a contract, and putting down deposit. however, I
am trying to back out.
During the contract process, I signed a DISCLOSURE REGARDING REAL ESTATE
