It says: "no loan could be attained because of the condition of the home. It
should be cash only. "
What does this mean ? The list price of the house is 300K$,
does bank think the value of the house is about zero ?
Agent told me that, if someone buys it with cash, then do a major re-
innovation, then can apply for mortgage again, to get cash out.
(Assume someone 七借八借 and 买了这个房子,), how difficult will it be to
get a "cash-out" refinance in future ?

principal and escrow) over the life of the loan, while heloc is normally
floating and with interest-only payment option.
