w*****w 发帖数: 884	1 买房子的时候是我们付的lender's coverage, seller付的owner's coverage。现在要做refi, no cost no fee，但是broker似乎是只买了lender's coverage，我们还需要自己掏钱买owner's coverage吗？第一次买的是不是就作废了？
