将近两个点的差别，值得折腾一下吗？
另外，哪位大拿给我科普一下重新贷款：no cost真的是没有任何费用吗？重新贷款后
会不会又重新开始每月光付利息，少付本金了？谢谢回帖！ | r******d

monthly mortgage times 12. (if your old mortgage is 2000/month, you will
save 0.18*2000*12 = 4320). If you have paid your mortgage less than 5 years,
principal influence is negligible.
No cost means no cost, and you pay only loan interest. | b*d

我们是将近4年前贷款买的这个房子。
"No cost means no cost" -- but how about the cost related to appraisal,
application fee, title insurance/search, settlement/attorney charge, other
government or third party charges? It seems to me that some of the above
listed costs (if not all) will happen during the process of refinancing. I
am just wondering who will pay these costs if the homeowner will not pay. | r******d
