save 0.18*2000*12 = 4320). If you have paid your mortgage less than 5 years,
principal influence is negligible.

我们是将近4年前贷款买的这个房子。
"No cost means no cost" -- but how about the cost related to appraisal,
application fee, title insurance/search, settlement/attorney charge, other
government or third party charges? It seems to me that some of the above
listed costs (if not all) will happen during the process of refinancing. I
