染.....
去年找得黑心装修shower的,看他只铺成黑纸后就跑了....我在不知情下每天shower,底
下哗哗的流水就跟开水龙头一样...
最近找了几个人来看说一定要用热沥青...

发帖数: 4125 | 6 No need for 热沥青 if you use their system, I suggest all my clients to use
this system for their shower, not even one have leaked so far.
This system is by far the best for shower water proofing, also the drain
piece that come in the kit is very nice.
You can watch the videos, it will give you some better idea how the systems
work.

ms国内都不用热沥青了,美国咋没啥替代品呢?

你推荐的东西我不可能明早拿的到啊,所以我来问不用热沥青,普通的沥青(可能味道小
点),能用吗?

Do you plan on doing this yourself?
Lots of local store stock the shower kit, there is a good chance you can
pick one up tomorrow morning (may not be as cheap as you can order through
some online dealer)

leak, you just call them, they have insurance to cover the problem.

好多中国移民英文不好,大多数人没有证的.
就是他们推荐的用热沥青,刚上网check说对孕妇不好,味道持久 etc...有人铺完沥青
又雇人给铲掉了...
唉,都不知道该怎么办了?

发帖数: 4125 | 14 That must be a small dealer, large dealer have them in stock all the time,
even the tile installer here have a few kits in their van all the time.
Hiring someone without insurance is a very big risk, I know someone had
their shower redone a few years back, it was leaking very slowly, after a
few years, mold begin to pop up in a few spot downstairs, by the time they
hire an inspector, there is mold behind 80% of the sheetrock in the entire
house. It is was close to $30K to fix the problem.

first frame the shower
30 lbs felt paper on wall and on floor
on floor put 1 inch sand mortar, not sure about the name, a mixture of
cement and sand with 5:1 (not sure about the ratio, you can search it on
line), make sure the shower pan is graded
on floor put one more layer of felt paper, then PVC film(shower liner, ??)
add shower drain, this step is tricky
on floor put wires and 4 inch of sand mortar, make sure it is graded
then you can tile the shower pan

发帖数: 3318 | 17 gethi说的很专业，很具体，也很耐心。沥青是个防水的老材料，由于对人体不好，已
经很少用了。很多新材料都超过沥青。而且用起来很方便。
有一部分装修工，在国内干了点装修，到这急于赚钱，把很多原始的方法用于现在。根
本不了解现在的建筑材料。
BTW, 装修房子不是买件衣服，买了以后，不喜欢，扔那不穿。装修房子是整容，双眼
皮拉坏了，再想弄回来不容易。所以事前要做功课的。
