有loan officer说可以做 no point, no fee 15 year, 4%
out of pocket不用出钱。
是不是可能啊？总是担心有没有啥别的幺蛾子。。。。

现在利率降了0.25%左右

对我们来说，有没有啥要注意的呢？

is from the back end from the bank. They are just broker between a bank and
you. Typically they can make 1% of the loan value on every deal.
Some lender have a guideline, such as you can only refi after 4 month. But
if they go to a different lender each time, they can get around most of the
time.
bank will not just lower the rate on your existing loan.
Just make sure when they say no cost means no cost (not no up front

you are good to go.
