发帖数: 4125 | 4 US queen size is 60 in × 80 in or 152 cm × 203 cm
You did not answer what size bed you have on the F150.
As far as I know they come in 5.5, 6.5 and 8.0
If you got the 8ft bed F150, it will be long enough for you, but the
distance between 2 wheelhouses is only 50 inch. You can put the mattress at
the bottom (slightly bent like a bridge), the box spring can rest on top of
the wheel house.
If you are going 400 miles, it is best you have a bed cover or cap over them
just in case it rain.

actually flew out on high way at some point, had to stop and retrieve it.
So be very careful, for 400 miles. | s****e
发帖数: 392 | 7 Yes. Lay the box flat on top of the wheel walls, then put mattress on top of
the box. Use a lot of ropes. Enforce the front end with a rachet belt. My
queen size mattress is about 58" wide, the bed of a dodge ram is about 60"
wide, but the distance between two wheel walls is only 52". |
