问题是，lender approved the loan with condition. The condition is the repair
must been done before close and satisfy lender's inspection, although the
seller agrees to pay the repair cost. So that means I have a long time to
close, but i don't want.
我想cancel the contract? 如果cancel, 能拿会全部deposit吗？

the same experience before and got my deposit back

crucial for this kinda negotiation. if your agent can persuade the seller
agent that all the delay and backout is not due to your fault, then you will
have a better chance to get the deposit back.

everything about what happened to me.
actually, i want to know an answer from the point of law/rule, but, from
your point of view, the answer is kind of subjective, depending on the
seller and seller's agent. correct?
