发帖数: 231 | 1 刚做完inspection,发现foundation wall有个裂缝，见下图，inspection report上说
Cracking was noted at the right side foundation wall (see attached photo).
It appears to have been caused by expansion and contraction and would be
considered typical for a poured concrete foundation.
看起来不是个大问题，可是还是有点担心，毕竟是在foundation wall上，裂缝会不会
变大，值得让seller来fix吗？这是个大问题吗？如果自己fix的话，大概多少钱。
另外在室内还发现dry wall cracks 和 nail pop,nail pop在卫生间（见图），报告上说
The drywall cracks and nail pops would be considered typical and were not a
structural conc |

发帖数: 1704 | 7 your house might be moving. The crack in foundation is wider than those
caused by expansion and contraction of concrete. If the dry wall cracks and
nail pop are new, it is another proof of house moving. check to see if
there is any leaking of pipelines or excessive water from irrigation around
your house. but even if your house is moving, it is not a big deal. just
keep an eye on it. if it does not get worse with time, you are fine. |
