，肯定会有multiple offers。这个房子已经是这两三年来该区要价最高的了，我们应
该采取什么样的策略去把房子抢下来呢？我知道最后肯定是钱说话，但是又不想over-

submit 10 different offers, each $5k apart. and make sure the highest
offer is higher than reasonable price.
when the highest offer is accepted, withdraw the offer and see if the
seller contact your next best offer.
repeat until you don't hear from the seller for any of your offers.
at that time you know somebody else has offered higher than your
remaining highest offer. then you can make your real offer base on that
information.
找 10 個朋友提交 10 個不同offers, 每個 offer 差 $5k。 並確保最高的 off

我们就这样输了一轮抢房；最后却赢得了一个更喜欢的 - 上市第二天这个房子就收到
几个offers。
好像听他们说，买房子就是找对象，讲缘分的。千万不要委屈自己，以后后悔。 |

实在喜欢的不行的，就给个心理价位的高线
不过以我的经验，大多数的“非常喜欢”都是不可靠的
