我用来煮粥喝，非常的保健。不太爱吃multiple grain bread，太粗糙。
我在Canada时，在那儿的bulkbarn店里买8 grain cereal，大约是一元多一点加元一磅
。bulkbarn是专门卖散装的粮食和其他食物的，非常的价廉物美。可是我到美国已经两
年了，还是没有找到类似的店。
我在supermarket店里想找大袋装（5磅或10磅）的multiple grain cereal，也没有找
到，实在是太失望了。我在Publix看到有1磅装的，牌子是bob's red mill,但是太贵了
，要2~3块！
我在http://www.bobsredmill.com/上看到有卖大袋装的，大约是一元多一点加元一磅，但是邮寄费很贵，和物品一样贵。在www.bulkfood.com上也有，价钱是2元一磅，有点贵，且邮寄费也贵。
你们知道哪儿能买到较便宜的multiple grain cereal吗？我在Atlanta。 |

对方提出的建议是：
一、为了说服国会相信ICC们的确是在滥用Multiple filings，
需要充实的证据，尤其是有关虚假雇佣的；
二、虽然抽签已经结束，但在USCIS发出approval notice之前，
我们还是可以有所作为的。
现在希望大家能够把收到的来自ICC的信以及自己收集的证据发到

On March 19, 2008, USCIS announced a regulatory change to prohibit employers
from filing multiple or duplicative H-1B petitions for the same employee.
To ensure fair and orderly distribution of available H-1Bs, USCIS will deny
or revoke multiple or duplicative petitions filed by an employer for the
same H-1B worker and will not refund the filing fees submitted with multiple
or duplicative petitions.

是agent又反馈说这个condo看重的人太多了，手头有很多offers，银行要求再签一个
multiple offer form，同时说一下能提供的best offer，设立了一个deadline，在
deadline之前给他发过去。
我看了一下这个multiple offer form，大概就是说能提供的最大金额是多少，银行保
留拒绝或者接受的权力，可以都拒绝，可以只跟某个或者某几个offer，不必跟每个人
都谈etc。网上做了一下功课，又咨询了几个买过房子的前辈，就签了form并且提了一
个新的价格。
我不明白的是这个multiple offer form有什么作用呢？本来银行应该就是pick up一个
最高的价格来谈吧。有啥tricky在里头？

房子大概10年左右， 在中西部。房子结构是1.5层，主卧在一楼，这样一楼铺的很大。
二楼有3个卧室。 楼下 有地下室。一楼有高挑屋顶，基本和二楼连着。
HVAC 系统有3个。 一个在二楼的一个closet, 负责二楼的冷暖。2 ton
还有2个unit 在地下室， 一个负责主卧部分， 2 ton 。还有一个负责一楼, 4 ton （
大概）。
这几个系统都是原来的builder造的。 后来前屋主装修了地下室， 加了通风口，一部
分加在主卧系统， 一部分加在一楼系统。
主卧的空调系统一直有问题， 想换了。 现在纠结于是不是要保持这么多系统的问题。
我在考虑是不是能把主卧和一楼的2个系统合并成一个。 网上做过一些研究， 有人用
一个大系统，加上multiple zone, 控制的也不错。 特别是现在Carrier 的greenspeed
variable speed 用在zoning， 可以解决over size 的问题。 其实很多时候主卧或者

本人H1B，原先在A公司上班，4月开始到处找新工作，先拿到B公司的offer，B公司5月
向移民局递交了H1B transfer申请，同时我开始到B公司上班。此后两周拿到C大学
faculty job offer，很满意准备接受。C大学9月开学，但我想要尽早，例如7月就去适
应环境，由于是 9-month salary，夏天本来就没钱，提前对学校方面没有本质区别，
我估计可以谈（还没和学校提）？？？
目前的问题是，B公司的transfer申请尚未被批复，C大学致移民局的申请最早应该何时
提出？是否可以不管B公司申请的进度？请教行家！谢谢。 |

然后过了将近两个星期吧，seller agent发过来一个multiple offer notice，
告诉我们说有multiple offer，
让我们重新报自己的best offer
但是seller agent也没说有几个offer，都是多少，是不是我的最高，
我又加里10K报上去了，
但是总觉得好像不大对劲，
这种情况正常吗？ |

1。你的offer一般只有72小时的答复期。之后已经过期了。
2。seller agent最近刚受到一个offer,价格比较低，或者条件不够硬，从银行贷款比较难，想办法让你重新出个offer,然后seller agent可以正式地来个multiple counter offer.然后让两个（包括你）相互bid.
现在的房市刚过暑期，明显满了下来，那有那么多凑巧的multiple offer。
基本上看到的是，
1。房子价格要得合理，很快走掉。
2。房子价格要得离谱，有的卖,挤牙膏似的降价，最后卖不出好价钱。
2。房子价格要得低，很快走调，但有可能价格卖得不便宜，因为大家去bid。
如果有耐心，和第二种慢慢耗着，反而游客能买下个不错的价格。而且市场上第二种类型的房子很多，因为难卖。

前几天朋友买房，buyer agent说seller那边已经有好几个offer了，让我朋友先报了一
个offer，然后问能接受的最高价是多少。agent说如果seller不满意第一个offer，只
有一次提高报价的机会，并且不可能知道别的offer有多少。是这样的吗？不是知道了
别的offer才能match吗？
如果能介绍一下multiple offer的竞标过程就更好啦。

俺们agent还清高得很, 不建议我们同时下multiple offer, 叫我们想清楚到底想买哪
个,在两个感觉都不错的房子里面挑一个下offer
大家觉得同时下multiple offer是很过分的事吗? |

最近递offer时候都一片迷茫啊，根本不知道到底该报多少价格
seller总是宣称已经收到multiple offer，然后还会透露出一个低于多少就不该考虑的
价格
比如一个list 21万的房子，seller agent说至少要27万才会考虑
又比如一个20万的房子，出来第三天就pending了，打电话去问，seller agent说有人
出了30万
还有个老黑区的房子，放了3个月，价格从32.9万降到了24.5万，结果打电话问，
seller agent也说有multiple offer received
求问，他们是在忽悠人吗 |

但是这些multiple offer未必是高于asking price的。 很可能只有市价那么低。 |
