day头一天walk through，closing day当天签所有文件，晚上拿钥匙，正式possess。
今天agent给我一个流程，里面写的是大概在contract上closing day之前三天，去
escrow签文件，她说fund需要时间到escrow帐号，所以签文件要比合同上closing day
提前几天。
我怎么觉得签字的日子就是closing的日子啊？ 那如果我提前三天就签字了，不是等于
让seller在屋子里白住三天？白住到无所谓，但是如果他们在房子里出了事，还不得我
们负责，因为我们都签字了啊。和agent说，她说closing day不是签字那天，因为fund
transfer的需要24-48小时，fund到了才正式close了。
不知道买房子的xdm都是怎样的，能不能说说，网上做了半天research，也没出个所以
然。我怎么觉得agent给了对方一个benefit，又没有和我摆在桌面上？还是我的理解错

My agent also told me that its a standard practice that the buyer may give
seller 24-48 hours to move out
after closing.
So strictly speaking, your agent is saying the wrong words, you should sign
the contract on the closing day,

的close。 |

那就是说，虽然我提前三天签字了，我的mortgage还是从我contract上的closing date
算起的？escrow需要银行把钱到帐才算正式closing。而且，签字和实际closing之间的
三天，房子还算是seller名下的。那我们是不是还要要求在正式closing+possession之
前那天，再walk through一下？ |
