For top school and top safety area like princeton, west windsor, you have to
pay 600k+ for a 10 year old house,
For inferior school but top safety area like south brunswick, you can pay
600-100=500k+
For inferior school and inferior safety area (any places near trenton), you
can find 600-100-100=400k+
lawrenceville should still be quite safe actually, but people just tend to
be concerned and wouldn't want to pay more for a house there regardless of
