you can call city administration and claim harassment of the LL. |

the apt.which I even did not understand (the damage decription). Since we
got most of the deposit back, we accepted the penality. Later we met a
lawyer who was willing to try to get the money back for us without charge.
He just sent a letter to the landlord demanding detailed info about the
damage. The landlord returned the money right away. |
