Personally, I do not think I can stay in this house for 5-7 years, should I
chose the 7/1 Arm?
The house is new built, the mortgage belong to the builder, they give us $

发帖数: 1197 | 5 Today's rate still same with the previous quote. I think the bank from BOA,
not sure, usually the agent check BOA, suntrust, I pay 1% origination fee,
but the builder will help me cover this part in the $5000 closing help.

also negotiate with lender if you can take out the 1% cost, since you won't
stay long, that's effectively extra 0.2%APR if u stay 5 years.

5%--30yr
4.25%--5/1 ARM
all no point
