. Zillow上$582k. Assessment price $565k. My buyer agent said they already
got 2 offer. Do not know how much those two offer. But the seller did
not accept both and counter offer to $595k. My agent said the seller's
bottom line is probably around $585k. How much is a reasonable amount for me
to start? $570k?

This is a very popular area, but very few houses on the market. Every time
when a good house is listed, there are always several offers. some time the
offer is even higher than list price. So crazy! |
