sell the property。这是正常的么？
2. seller shall not be responsible for home owner’s association assessments
that accrued prior to the date seller acquired the property。这个是说如果上
个owner欠HOA钱，他们不负责？那要buyer负责么？
3. If this sale is being financed, Purchaser shall have five (5) business
days from the final execution date of the Contract of Sale to make loan
application.这个是说5天内要申请贷款，还是5天内必须拿到pre-approval？

虽然有的肯定是要填yes的。
2，是说欠钱你还。所以你应该先弄清欠了HOA, tax等多少。
3，to make loan *application*
4, 是说如果有问题，只有告grantor的grantor(seller)才负责，不然就你负责
比如说有东西不符合HOA规定，HOA找你你负责改。
5, 应该是closing agents不管utilities，不知道具体什么意思。
6，应该无所谓。
