I found a lot of townhouses and twin houses in the neighborhood I am
interested. These houses are extremely well maintained. How do you feel
about these houses compared to the single house. Of course the home owner
association fees are a bit concern though. Thanks for comments

single house需要考虑锄草、除雪等。
townhouses 要考虑房子的隔音和邻居是否安静等。
